In case of early departure or late arrival, the full room rate will be charged! Cancellations and changes will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel regulations. Place of performance and payment is Seefeld! Place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck. The reservation is only binding after receipt of the deposit within the specified period. You will not be reimbursed for meals not taken! If you arrive during the week, a possible room change is possible at the weekend!

The reservation is legally binding if you confirm it in writing by the day after tomorrow. On arrival the full amount must be paid immediately. We accept cash, EC cards and credit card payments via VISA, Mastercard or AMEX.

Our cancellation policy

Benefit from our relaxed cancellation conditions! Up to 7 days before arrival your cancellation is FREE OF CHARGE! If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the booking price.

Non Refundable – save 5%

Pay directly at the time of booking or up to a maximum of 24 hours later by credit card and automatically receive a 5% discount on the price of your stay. The booking can NOT be cancelled free of charge after payment. The amount will be retained in any case, regardless of when the reservation is cancelled.

Special cancellation conditions New Year’s Day

Due to the high volume of bookings and the value of the tours in this week, we have to apply special cancellation conditions between 24.12. and 06.01.

• Up to 1 month before arrival free of charge
• Up to 7 days before arrival we charge 30% of the tour price.
• And from 7 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total travel price.

For our New Year’s Eve party we charge a supplement of € 35,- per person (from 16 years). For this you get a great Amuse Geule buffet at the bar, a gala dinner, an evening of dancing, fireworks right outside the door and our famous midnight buffet.

We require a deposit of 30% of the total price until 01.12. to fix the reservation.
