Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00 at the latest.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00 am.

New Year’s Eve: Supplement for New Year’s Eve with gala dinner, midnight buffet & live music on 31.12. per person € 35,- (children up to 15 years free of charge). Minimum stay 7 nights, last day of arrival is 26.12.

Dog: (without food) € 10,- per day. Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area, in the Sensual Beauty and in the dining room. Please note that not all rooms can be booked with a dog, we will be happy to advise you.

Visitor’s tax: € 3.50 per person per night from 15 years of age.

Sweet-Weekend-Surcharge

For all overnight stays from Friday to Sunday there is a surcharge of € 15.00 per person per night. This is waived for stays of 7 nights or more.

5 % for bookings up to 60 days before arrival (room rate with board)

Regular guest discount

5 % from the 2nd stay in Kaltschmid Hotels onwards
(room rate with meals)

Fixation and cancellation for private guests

The reservation is legally binding if you confirm it in writing by the day after tomorrow. On arrival the full amount must be paid immediately. We accept cash, EC cards and credit card payments via VISA, Mastercard or AMEX.

Cancellation conditions

Benefit from our relaxed cancellation conditions! Up to 7 days before arrival your cancellation is FREE OF CHARGE! If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the booking price.

We recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance, which covers the costs of no-shows or early departures in the event of illness.

Payment

We accept cash, online means of payment such as EC card (AT, DE, CH, NL), Amex, Eurocard and Visa.

Early Check in/ Late Check out

Arrivals before 15:00 and departures after 11:00 can be confirmed bindingly a maximum of 24 hours in advance. For this purpose, it is best to contact us briefly by telephone or e-mail. This service is restricted free of charge and according possibility. For an late check out later than 14:00 o’clock additional costs will apply.

If the room is not ready for occupancy or must be vacated by the deadline, you can still use our spa facilities. Please contact the reception desk.

Non Refundable – Save yourself 5%.

Pay directly at the time of booking or up to a maximum of 24 hours later by credit card and automatically receive a 5% discount on the price of your stay (accommodation rate and meals). The booking can NOT be cancelled free of charge after payment. The amount will be retained in any case, regardless of when the reservation is cancelled.

Special cancellation conditions

Due to the high volume of bookings and the value of the trips in this week, we have to apply special cancellation conditions between 24.12. and 06.01.

Up to 1 month before arrival free of charge
Up to 7 days before arrival we charge 30% of the tour price.
From 7 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total travel price

We need a deposit of 30 % of the total price of the reservation until 01.12. for fixation.

So you find us: Electric bollards are installed around the pedestrian zone. To be able to drive up to our hotel, you must press the button at dark gray column to the left of the car at the bollard number 3 (Innsbrucker Strasse 8​). We open it by remote control. The bollard automatically opens when driving outside. So you can leave the pedestrian zone at any time.
